Spicy White Pizza

Yield: 12 Servings

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. Ken’s Balsamic vinaigrette
Dash of Durkee Hot Sauce
16 oz. DFS Pizza dough
10 oz. Polly-O Fresh Mozzarella, 1 lb. balls sliced thin
4 oz. DFS Ricotta cheese
3 oz. DFS Arugula, whole leaves
2 oz. Appetito Hot Italian sausage, cooked and diced

Directions:
1. Combine the vinaigrette and hot sauce. Refrigerate until needed.
2. Roll dough to 12”. Bake in preheated oven at 500ºF oven for 10 minutes.
3. Arrange the fresh mozzarella over the crust, leaving a 1/2” border. Place the ricotta in 4 1-oz. spoonfuls evenly over the pizza. Place in the oven for 2 minutes just to melt the cheese. Remove from the oven. Toss the arugula with the spicy vinaigrette, place in the center of the pizza. Sprinkle with Italian sausage.
