Strawberry Mint Julep

Yield:  1 serving (approx. 12 oz.)

Ingredients:
4 oz. DFS strawberries, stemmed
3 Tbsp. Country Time lemonade frozen concentrate, thawed
1 tsp. DFS mint leaves, chopped
1 cup crushed ice
1/4 cup Perrier sparkling water
1 DFS whole strawberry
1 DFS mint sprig

Directions:
1.  In blender, combine strawberries, lemonade and chopped mint.  Blend until smooth.
2.  Add ice; blend until smooth.
3.  Pour into glass.  Top with 1/4 cup sparkling water; mix.  Garnish glass with strawberry and mint sprig.  Serve with straws.
