| Herbed Potato Chicken | |
| Yield: 24 servings Ingredients: 8 oz. Pillsbury Potato Flakes 1/2 cup DFS parsley flakes 2 Tbsp. DFS dried thyme leaves 1 Tbsp. DFS garlic salt 8 oz. DiCarlo flour 1/4 cup McCormick Cajun seasoning 1 tsp. DFS salt 1 tsp. DFS ground pepper 24 pieces Tyson chicken breast (5-6 oz. ea.) 2 cups Hood milk DFS vegetable oil, as needed Directions: 1. Mix potato flakes, parsley, thyme and garlic salt. In separate bowl; mix flour, Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper. 2. Dip chicken in seasoned flour, then in milk, then in seasoned potato flakes. 3. Pan-fry in oil until browned. Place on baking sheet and bake at 375ºF, 12 to 15 minutes or until fully cooked. |
