Golden Apple Oat Crumble

Yield:  24 servings

Ingredients:
5 lbs. Washington Apples
1 cup Dried fruit
1/2 cup Tropicana Orange Juice
1 cup Domino Sugar
2 tbsp. Argo Cornstarch
1 tbsp. Orange peel, dried
1 1/2 cup Quaker Oatmeal, instant dry mix, maple and brown sugar flavored
4 oz. DFS Margarine, unsalted, cold
Whipped topping or ice cream as needed


Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375F.  Butter 24 oval or round au gratin dishes, each with 12 oz. capacity; set aside
2. Peel, core and slice apples.  Combine apple slices, your choice of dried fruit and orange juice in a large bowl. 
3. Stir together sugar, cornstarch and dried orange peel.  Toss sugar and apple mixture together.  Divide apple mixture into baking sheets.
4. Pulse instant oatmeal mix and margarine in a food processor for 8 seconds, or until combined and crumbly.  Sprinkle oatmeal mixture over apples in baking dishes, dividing evenly.
5. Bake for 50 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden.
