Chinese Chicken Salad Sandwich

Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Kikkoman soy sauce
1/2 cup Ambrosia rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup DFS vegetable or peanut oil
1/2 cup Ambrosia sesame seed oil
1/4 cup DFS ginger root, minced
3 tbsp. DFS sugar
3 tbsp. DFS dry mustard
4 lbs. Tyson Natural Grills chicken 
breast, cubed
2 cups DFS red onions, narrow wedges
2 cups pea pods. fresh or frozen, slivered
12 Wenner Bread rustic sandwich rolls, 4”x4”
DFS lettuce, as needed
3 tbsp. DFS sesame seeds, toasted

Directions:
1. Mix dressing of soy sauce, vinegar, oils, ginger, sugar and mustard.
2. Add chicken, onions, and pea pods. Toss well. Chill at least 4 hours to blend flavors.
3. Fill each roll with lettuce and about 1 cup of chicken salad. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Accompany with crispy noodles if desired.
