You can become ServSafe certified!

 

Ask your DSR how you can enroll in a ServSafe class.  This training course will certify you in the requirements set by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation for the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Examination, which is recognized by the International Food Safety Council.

These classes are conveniently offered to educate our customers on serving safe food.  We want you to excel in your business and feel this is a great step in the right direction.  The one-day class is conveniently offered at the Stuart Thomas Manor in Farmingdale from 8:30am - 4:30pm, breakfast and lunch are included.  Each participant will pay a nominal fee for the course.  We look forward to seeing you at our next class!
