Family owned and operated, it is headed by its founders Vincent DiCarlo Sr., President, John DiCarlo Sr., Executive Vice President, and Michael DiCarlo, CFO. Servicing customers from our headquarters in Holtsville, New York and New Brunswick, New Jersey, DiCarlo brings over 48 years of commitment to service, quality and competitive pricing. The company's steady growth has been predicated on strict adherence to hard work and honest dealings.

Our modern distribution facilities have over five million cubic feet of dry, refrigerator and freezer storage space giving us the ability to purchase in large volume allowing us to offer our customers the highest quality products at the best possible prices. In January 2011, DiCarlo went through a food safety and sanitation audit from Steritech Brand Protection Services. Steritech is one of many companies who conduct these audits and is one of the most comprehensive companies to do this type of inspection.
