Founded in 1963, DiCarlo Distributors, Inc. is one of the largest independent food service distributors serving the Tri-State Area. Family owned and operated, it is headed by its founders Vincent DiCarlo Sr., President, John DiCarlo Sr., Executive Vice President, and Michael DiCarlo, CFO. Servicing customers from our headquarters in Holtsville, New York and New Brunswick, New Jersey, DiCarlo brings over 48 years of commitment to service, quality and competitive pricing. The company's steady growth has been predicated on strict adherence to hard work and honest dealings.
Our modern distribution facilities have over five million cubic feet of dry, refrigerator and freezer storage space giving us the ability to purchase in large volume allowing us to offer our customers the highest quality products at the best possible prices. DiCarlo is a member of Unipro Foodservice, Inc., the largest broad-line cooperative distribution group in the world. We are also a member of MUG (The Multi-Unit Group). Together the combined purchasing power provides unparalleled product selection and value, along with the sophisticated distributor and supplier relationship allowing us to deliver products and services that match individual needs.
Currently DiCarlo employs over 240 employees, represents over 500 manufacturers and maintains over 10,000 SKU's. DiCarlo strives for excellence with an experienced group of service professionals that continue to build on their knowledge and skills.

In January 2011, DiCarlo went through a food safety and sanitation audit from Steritech Brand Protection Services. Steritech is one of many companies who conduct these audits and is one of the most comprehensive companies to do this type of inspection.
