Refrigerated Receiving & Shipping Dock

All refrigerated and frozen products that enter the DiCarlo warehouse to be offloaded or are being prepared for shipment are staged on a 12,000 square foot 45 degrees refrigerated dock. Care is taken to limit the time the products resides in this area before being stored in the Warehouse Freezer/Refrigerator or loaded onto pre-cooled delivery vehicles.
