Return Policy
The DiCarlo Return Policy has been established to safeguard inventory items for future shipping orders by ensuring only the highest quality products are available to our customers. The following outlines the return policy and procedures: 1. All customer returns shall be registered with the in-house sales representative in order to properly process pick-up and return requests. 2. All products/items returned to the DiCarlo warehouse via DiCarlo personnel/vehicles or customers will be: a. Immediately inspected by a qualified quality control employee for the following: i. Verify it is a DiCarlo delivered product ii. Verify the product has a known delivery date. iii. The return date is within a reasonable amount time from the shipping date. iv. The product is in its original packaging. v. If possible, verify all interior packaging is intact. vi. Verify the original packaging has not be altered / defaced in any way. vii. Verified that the product was never out of time and temperature range. viii. Product is in overall resalable condition. b. If the product meets the return criteria: i. Return the product to its proper temperature environment ii. Return product to inventory in FIFO order or as close as can be determined. iii. Place in proper pick sequence within available inventory. c. If any part of the return criteria is in question: i. Return the product to the correct temperature environment. ii. Isolate the product from inventory. iii. Make every attempt to fill in the missing information. iv. Once all return criteria are met, return the product to inventory. v. If the missing information can not be determined, destroy the product. d. If the product does not meet the above return criteria: i. Notify the buyer and sales representative ii. Destroy/discard the product.
