About the Role:
DiCarlo Food Service is a family-owned independent food distributor serving restaurants, hospitality, healthcare, and education. We are seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives, drive district growth, and build strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales reps
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and A/R performance
- Conduct monthly sales meetings and product training
- Build relationships with chefs, owners, and key accounts
- Develop major account strategies and analyze competition
- Resolve customer issues and support territory growth
- Attend industry events and support new business development
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4–6 years food service sales with leadership experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel in territory
- Preferred: 6–10 years foodservice sales management experience
