District Sales Manager – Eastern Suffolk County, NY

About the Role:

DiCarlo Food Service is a family-owned independent food distributor serving restaurants, hospitality, healthcare, and education. We are seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives, drive district growth, and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales reps
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and A/R performance
  • Conduct monthly sales meetings and product training
  • Build relationships with chefs, owners, and key accounts
  • Develop major account strategies and analyze competition
  • Resolve customer issues and support territory growth
  • Attend industry events and support new business development

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 4–6 years food service sales with leadership experience
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel in territory
  • Preferred: 6–10 years foodservice sales management experience
