SHIFT:  Shifts M-F 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

SALARY:  $16 – 18 per hour as per experience

POSITION SUMMARY:  This position primarily is the communication link between our drivers, customers, inside sales reps, sales reps and executive management regarding the timely delivery of our products and troubleshooting any problems that arise.


  • Communicate with drivers providing customer and direction information and assistance
  • Monitor and update the Descartes program to ensure deliveries are on schedule and the information entered by the drivers is accurate and up to date
  • Answer incoming calls regarding delivery status and other customer related issues
  • Keep management, sales force and inside sales department informed of customer/delivery status/issues

Should have dispatch, DOT regulations, data entry experience.  Must be computer literate, with excellent communication skills, is personable, able to multi-task, and have a good knowledge of the tri-state areas.
